We recently had a stressful, unexpected issue with two leaking valves in our basement, and Cedric and the team at Superior Plumbing immediately put us at ease. As first-time customers in an emergency, we were naturally a bit skeptical, but despite a few unexpected turns, they were incredibly swift, professional, and friendly throughout, and much more than fair in how everything was handled (especially price). What could have been a much more difficult experience was made manageable thanks to their expertise - thank you, Cedric and team. We’ll absolutely be recommending Superior Plumbing to others.

Kurtis did a great job. He gave me a number of options for repair with various price points. He did the job in the same day and it is really professionally done. We will never have to home remedy the pipes under our sink again. They’ll last a lifetime now. Thank you for doing such a great job. They also call to follow up and make sure you’re satisfied. He also cleaned the area and left it spotless.

Quick service. Our pipe was leaking and had to shut the water off. Called them. They were able to fit us in that morning. Kurtis showed up when they said he would. Able to fix the problem right away. No mess no fuss. Very polite and clean. We felt very comfortable with him. Excellent service

I knew nothing about your company when I booked a call, just picked you out of a list online. Kurtis came and tried his best to solve my issues… but the drains in this house were small and made it difficult. Next came Andrew and Paul to the rescue. They replaced the basement drain and pipes to the sinks. All three guys were fantastic. They took time to explain what they found, what they were doing to correct my issues and what my options were. They even stayed late to finish the job which was very appreciated. Would definitely recommend your company to others!

The service I received was outstanding. Matt and Roz were able to fix the problem. I thought for sure they would need to break tiles in my shower in order to install a new mixing valve. But they did it without breaking tiles and saved me hundreds of dollars and much time. I have now used Superior Plumbing 3 or 4 times, always with excellent service.
