Purchased a CPAP recently and was very pleased. They are a premium company with well/trained staff and They spent a lot of time time with me.... in other words I got my monies worth. They call me every so often to check up.... good guys, not the cheapest but premium service and no nickel and diming after. Thanks crew. cindy

My first visit there was in 2010. At that time they booked an 1.5hr!!! appointment to explain me how the CPAP machine works and requested $200 as deposit on the try out machine.
I could not tolerate the machine and brought it back in the next morning. They did not give me the money back, but assured and reassured me that money for a future purchase.
In January 2016 (after a nose surgery) I was advised by my surgeon to give the CPAP another try. I went to the same location thinking to make use of the $200 that I once paid.
Again, these fuckers wanted to "teach" me for 1.5hrs how a CPAP works (who knows how much they charge the blue Cross for it) and told me, my previous payment is not valid anymore, as so much time has passed.
