William helped us this evening and guided us to every mattress that we said may be within our comfort zone. He allowed us time to lay and rest on each one as long as we wanted and was always there when we had any questions. We have used Mancini sleep World for our last three mattresses and they always excel, and this time William added an extra level of excellence.

Mancini’s Sleepworld is a must! Mussst check out, the staff and team members are always pleasant. I look forward to coming in and checking it out weather it’s for a mattress set up or a pillow for my liking and needs. Store manager Vanessa is so helpful super down to earth and friendly upon welcoming you into the store. She never hesitates to show you other options and the best option. In my opinion there are no ratings on her stars because she’s excellent!! Alongside her right hand man George I can’t believe how awesome friendly and what a tremendous time I had with him going over the pillows upgrades and tapering to my every need. He overall more than outstanding a dedicated team player and he gets you there without a doubt I’ll be back again I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience here. Thanks guys team and staff also delivery team for making my rest and now sleep effortless!

We had a great experience working with George at Mancini’s Sleep World! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs without ever making us feel pressured.

George is also clearly a dog person, which made the experience feel even more enjoyable and almost like shopping with an old friend. He completely understood that our pup would be sharing the bed with us and helped us find the perfect fit for all three of us!

We really appreciated George helping us get such a great deal, which made the experience even better. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers make the right choice. We’re so excited about our new bed and highly recommend asking for George if you’re shopping for a mattress!

We had a wonderful experience at Mancini’s Sleepworld here at 217 ranch drive milpitas. Vanessa cardenas was incredibly helpful, guiding us through several options tailored to our needs and clearly explaining the differences between them. Her expertise made the process seamless, and she answered all of our questions. She was patient, professional, and never made us feel pressured during the process. We truly appreciated how she focused on helping us find the right fit for both comfort and budget. We left feeling confident in our purchase and would highly recommend working with Vanessa.

George knew exactly what we were looking for in our mattress needs and recommended the perfect mattress within minutes of meeting us. In fact, it was so perfect that we bought 3 of the same mattress for our entire family with George! He will do his best to stay within your budget and apply all possible promotions for you. The service here is impeccable and we would highly recommend coming here before making the final commitment on your mattress(es)!!
