It wwas a curb side order, so I didn’t enter the store. A part was proving to be hard to find, even on a special order option. I thought I would need to get it through a car dealership and pay much more. Advance Auto Parts, on Walzem, had the belt in stock and it saved me time and money. When I did call, checking for the part, the young woman who answered the phone was pleasant, helpful and went above and beyond by offering to check the shelves to be sure the part was in the store like the inventory said it was. I appreciated that thoughtful gesture. I had a great and very positive experience with Advance Auto Parts on Walzem.

JrG and Tommy were very helpful! They answered my questions and assisted me. JrG took the time to explain how a product worked and helped me make an informed decision about what worked best for me and my vehicle. The service at this location is exemplary!

Salesperson Daniel was especially responsive immediately upon my entry, very effective in explanation on needs of my car and what would be helpful. He was very gracious and courteous in response to concerns and questions. Superbly and quickly replaced the part in my car. I will now use Advance Auto Parts from now on.

Right next to pep boys so if you need a discounted part for mechanics to use and not charge you extra for convenience, boom. Auto parts. They also have a discounted clearance bin in the front. They didn't have a particular thing my husband was looking for but they were very helpful in telling us where we could find it.
