In the spring, I was at Home Depot, St. Catharines to purchase soil that was 99 cents per bag/10 to a customer. I was the last customer being served in line and when I went to my car for the pick up, the fellow in charge of Gardening (Delano) spoke to his fellow employee at the cash (and in front of all customers still waiting)in a rude and demeaning way, simply because he said she let 1 customer (me)purchase soil after he said no more sales for fear of running out. Myself and the customer ahead of me told her that I was to be thelast one. He did not speak to her quietly on the side but with a raised voice crossing to the soil trailer.

This display so offended me that I have not shopped at this Home Depot since.

I have had the worst experience with Home Depot regarding a $2,500 carpet order. I ordered carpet and was told it would take approximately 2.5 weeks to get it installed. It is 5 weeks later and I still have no carpet. I was not given a phone call to inform me the order was not going to be in on time. I phoned the store and was told I would get a call back. No one phoned me back. I called again and was told the carpet needed to me made and would be another week and a half. It is 3 weeks later and I called again. I was told the carpet is in and that a request had been sent to the installer. Another weeks passes and no phone call from the installer. I have called again today and was told someone would call me back. Still no phone call... As I have been waiting almost 6 weeks the kids are sleeping on the floor as the rooms have been made ready for the install. I am also expecting and have no room for the baby.

I would like to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. I paid for this almost 6 weeks ago and have no product and have had zero service.

I am never dealing with Home Depot for anything ever again.
