I went to Gease Monkey on 07/31/2026
for an oil change. I was disappointed to review my window sticker which indicated my next oil change would be 3000 miles.
The correct oil change mileage should have been written 5,000 -10,000 as indicated by Royal Purple 0w20, a Synthetic oil blend.
I am very disappointed with this error.
I previously service my vehicle frequently
at this location when they were under a different name, 10 Minute Oil Change.
I never received this kind of error.
I was a long standing customer of 5 plus years. I won't be returning to Grease Monkey anytime soon or in the near future.

The team here is always very friendly,professional, explain what they are doing and make recommendations without pressuring one to service them in that very moment. Jeffrey was my person who took care of my vehicle today and he did a great job!! Have been coming here for years. And no matter same faces or new ones the customer service is always consistent.

It had been years since I’ve had to go in for an oil change. Instead of going to the dealership I chose to go the Grease Monkey #8061. I had the pleasure of meeting Jazmin. She got to work on my car right away. She is very knowledgeable and informative, she went through the service check list, she even noticed the plastic sleeve on my passenger wiper was let on by the tech from Auto Zone 😊. She did a great job with a smile on here face the whole time. For my first time being there I had a great experience. Thank you Jazmin, see you in 3 months.

I want to call out Keyra for being very friendly and helpful with my oil change today. She explained the costs and benefits of everything clearly, wasn’t pushy or desperate, and didn’t seem annoyed at all my questions and skepticism. She even took the time to look up how to reset the service light on my car, which I didn’t even know was possible. I’m 45 years old and this is the first time anyone has ever done that for me after an oil change. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that this is also the first time a woman has ever done my oil change. Hire more people like her and your company will be full of 5 star reviews. I know this because I’m not an easily pleased consumer but every time I’m impressed I write a review. More than happy to write this one. Great Job.
