These guys do not keep their words and trick you by saying these are standard features (like Granite contour top, gas pipe lines etc etc) of all their houses so no need to document and get you to sign the contract but later they will ask more money to install those in your house. You can not do any thing as they did not let you documents the standard features. I would never recommend any of my friend to buy/build house from these......
