Do not ever use this car rental location! The customer service is the worst ever. We were not told that we had to bring our car insurance and spent 30 minutes having to call Geico and show them. It should've been an required part of booking the car online if they needed it in person! Broken English doesn't help anything. Front desk guy, Robert has given the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. He encouraged us to not sign up for the toll pass because his word, "It's easy to avoid the tolls in Florida" then we get billed over $100 after the fact because they over charge every electronic toll instead of allowing us to pay just the toll. He lies, is misleading, is corrupt, mean and extremely unhelpful. He even changed our return time and told us to bring it back earlier than we booked, gave us just a 2 hour notice of needing it back earlier because "he booked the car to someone else" WTH! We rushed back to get the car back because he said he wouldn't take us to the airport if we didn't get it back in time, then he drove us to the airport and SMOKED in the car while texting and driving and didn't ask permission before doing so. His nasty fruity e-cig smoke gave me a migraine the whole rest of the evening! He should never be employed in customer service! He's hung up on my husband and I multiple times when we call for help. He promoted himself to manager just so we couldn't talk to anyone else - I'm sure no one approved for him to call himself manager. DON'T WASTE YOUR LIFE ON THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY! Cooperate Priceless is very helpful so I'm sure it's just this location.
