I took my truck in to have catalytic converters replaced and they said I needed a full engine replacement for $8000+. I left ready to cry.. I’m a retired, widow living off of social security. I don’t have $8000. I stopped at auto zone on the way home and asked them to do the little engine check on my truck. They said the parts to fix my truck would only cost $500 and a good mechanic could fix it for way less. They gave me a business card for a small shop down the street. A reliable mechanic. He fixed it for $1300. And it runs beautifully now. I will NOT be coming back here.

Avoid this shop—incompetent diagnostics and a massive waste of money. I brought my Dodge Durango here three separate times for AC issues. The first time, they charged me $289 just to refill the refrigerant ( not sure now if my car needed any refrigerant). The second time, the AC failed again, blowing hot air and all they did is adding more refrigerant instead of actually finding the root cause of the leak, if there was any actual leak.

By the third visit, after I finally pressed Steven for a real answer, they claimed my evaporator core was bad and quoted me a massive $1,913 repair bill.
Suspecting something was wrong, I took my vehicle to a specialized auto AC shop for a second opinion. They properly diagnosed the car and fixed the entire issue by replacing the blend door for a total of $431. The AC has been blowing cold since July 31st in the NV heat and today is September 1st.
This shop either doesn't know how to do proper AC diagnostics or they tried to scam me into a $1,913 job I didn't need. Save your time and money—go straight to an AC Auto specialist instead.

After my first repair my bill with all other repairs was around 1900$, they offered me a free oil change for next time, and here I am telling you: you would not be offering me a free oil change if you hadn’t overcharged me to begin with.

The staff is amazing. Professional and respectful.
I took two of my cars to get the smog check done, One of them I took it on Friday afternoon and the other one on Saturday morning, when it was time to pay the bill on my Saturday visit, I was informed I needed to use a different card because the system declined it. I asked declined? Why? I was told because I used the same card the day before, wow I was really confused that this was a thing! I am sure this issue will be taken care before my next visit. How can a business declined to take my money?

My car stopped running in there parking lot, which was convenient, they charged me a $170 diagnosis and repair , called me two hours later and said it was fixed. A loose connection on the battery terminal, I picked it up drive it down the street and it died. Got it to another shop. Diagnosed a loose battery terminal. They fixed it and now it’s good, how the hell do these shops get away with this stuff,

Best place to take care of the Synthetic oil change for my Camry. I've been coming to this shop for 6 years plus. I've never, ever had a bad experience. They even repair the shifter in my Jeep. No problems whatsoever. Im very pleased.
