I am so very impressed with Gillanders. Our air conditioning broke on a Friday night. The gentleman that came to repair it was very good. We will now be calling them for all our air conditioning and furnace issues.

Your adoption of fixed rates like car dealers is unacceptable and leads to higher costs for work done. Then you offer a yearly fee to result in slightly lower absurd costs.
I will be using another service provider in the future.
