We hired Restcon to finish our basement. The contractor was rarely seen, the employees arrived and left when they felt like it and we had to call and email them many, many times just to have the work completed (it took almost a year). The owner of the company did not pay his staff and they threatened us if we did not pay them. We did pay them, after having already paid the owner, so essentially we paid twice. In my opinion, you should not hire this company. Check out their rating on the BBB.
