I cannot reach this agent! His voicemail is full, no one is answering the phone, and speaking with another party, who answered his phone (3 months ago), after explaining the situation, asking for a better rate, and after he realized he could give me a better rate for auto insurance. I am paying $174 per month with no accidents/traffic tickets, he failed to give me the better rate, I also have my home insurance with him I still cannot reach him to find out why?
