The whole staff from check in to checkout was a great experience. They put your child’s name on the door to welcome them. I honestly thought it was cool. The whole staff not only cared for the one child they were seeing but my whole zoo (3 kids). The nurse was so sweet and the doctor was fantastic all the way down to offering telahealth for check up’s because we’re out of town. I loved this places and everyone there is absolutely amazing.

This doctor , wow I had an appointment for my 11 month old baby girl , we waited about 2 months and less than a week before the appt they call us canceling and wanted to reschedule us 4 months further out because the provider is going to be out that isn’t our fault or my suffering 11 month olds fault that’s the providers fault , so why does the provider make the child suffer he should make time for this child not push them out 4 more months after waiting two months . This is a horrible doctor that does not care about his patients especially if they are baby’s go somewhere else

Dr Rivera is so knowledgeable and was great with my son. He was very pleased when he heard how conscious I was of my child’s sugar intake and that made me feel proud as a mother. He related to my son so well and always made him feel special.

My daughter loves Dr. Rivera and the staff. He is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met. Parkview and Fort Wayne is lucky to have him. Now my daughter’s issues have resolved and her quality of life is back. I can’t be thankful enough.

For a mother of a child with a chronic illness, going to a handful of different doctors before we came across Dr Rivera, he is hands down the best doctor for any child. He is very personable, shows he truly cares, listens to every concern, and is very trustworthy. I honestly cannot describe the confidence and thankfulness for having him as my daughters doctor.
