I was nervous coming to a laundromat as soon as I walked in the people here were super nice and teaching me how to do things. Andrea was absolutely AMAZING thank you sooo much for your help and showing me the ins and outs. The facility is beautiful and well kept, the bathrooms are nice, the washer and dryers were very clean and kept up! I will 100% be making this my laundromat! I also like how you load a card that you get for free which can be loaded with cash and get $2 for every $20 or card no coins needed. This place and Andrea made my experience so amazing.

Decided to investigate my options to clean my “ruggables” in our local laundry mat which offers large capacity machines. Waters Express Laundry Center looked the most appealing and conveniently to my home. What a pleasant experience😊. As soon as I walked in, Gus offered to show me how to operate the machines using their cash card. Very convenient and more than reasonsbly priced. The facility is well maintained and clean. What a good feeling. I washed three rugs, all different sizes. Most challenging was my room size rug. Both the washing machines and the dryers handled my rugs with ease. I didn’t have to spend all afternoon here either. In the future, I will take advantage of their services and drop them off with the staff. Oh yes, the employees are always here to help out. Nothing like cleans rugs♥️

Honestly one of the best laundromats I’ve been to. The place was really clean, machines were all working properly, and everything felt well taken care of. It wasn’t overly crowded, so I didn’t have to wait long either. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. It’s nice going somewhere that actually feels safe and comfortable while you’re doing something as simple as laundry. Definitely coming back and would recommend to anyone in the area.
