I love going in this store. The employees are so helpful, Heather and Roman are top best. I love that you're bringing back samples. I have a picky kitty and this helps.

DEAD ANIMAL- absolutely terrible & horrifying experience at my local petco. I noticed this poor baby bearded dragon starving to death and asked an employee if it was dead or alive. The employee proceeded to pull out TWO dead bearded dragons including this one. This doesn’t just happen randomly- this is evidence of a lack of animal knowledge, care, and frankly, basic human decency. I don’t understand how people can just walk by deceased animals and not care- especially when you work at a freaking pet store. I don’t necessarily blame the employee- but the manager has questions to answer. This is absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately I had to come here because I needed crickets for my spider- but never again.

We loved our first visit to PetCo for our fish. We did lose one neon tetra the first night but the others seem to be doing well.

Good assortment of fish, and reptiles. The store was clean and customer service was above average.

Awesome PetCo in the area. I get all my kitten supplies here. The staff here are really nice too and it’s clear they love working with pets. My first time here was especially memorable since I was shopping for my new kitten (first pet I’ve ever owned) and was a little anxious. The checkout lady was very sweet and helped me out in my purchases and walking me through the PetCo rewards system.
