Was here a couple of weeks ago. Really dirty, LOTS of items out of stock. Fish living in horrible conditions - the picture unfortunately doesn't show how bad it is, on top of the HUNDREDS of dead fish at the bottom of the tank. I had to literally put a wet floor sign in place by the fish tanks too. Big shame as I typically go to Petco for all of my supplies. Will not go back to this one again.

My experience with the team was absolutely amazing. They took great care of my Minx! However, I had to give them 3 stars because I mentioned the 20 percent off first visit coupon, and she informed me that it varies by location and would have to clarify with clinic team in which she never did or addressed it in the remainder of his appointment. Luckily I was able to cover it after the services had been done. It would help in general if there were clarification with participating locations!

The employee helping us was so friendly and very knowledgeable! I can’t remember his name but I think he may have been the manager! My son got a hamster and he is thriving! My grandma also got a parakeet and he is so calm and the best companion for her other bird!
