Awful. Decided to take my mini poodle. And costed me almost a 100. For a really poor job. My pup had loose hair all over her. The nails was not cut correctly. Her paws was never shaved down on the bottom. And she had no scent of her being washed. I will continue with my personal pet groomer in woodriver. Just thought I'd give them a chance... lesson learned!!

Jess, as usual, did an amazing job with my two pups. They came back to me smelling and looking amazing as always. And, they were smiling. Yes, dogs CAN smile!

I had to leave town unexpectedly for work for 2 weeks which meant my Charlie would miss his groom appt. I decided to try out Petco and I couldn't have been more pleased! The professionalism of our groomer Katie, and the groom were outstanding!

I will say they did a great job grooming my dog, but Michelle is always rude and is always difficult to work with. I hate using PetCo grooming just because I have to deal with her. We arrived 10 min before our 12:00pm appointment time to drop off our dog for grooming.There was no one at the counter so we figured it was because we were early and just waited. 12:05 (15 min after arrival) my wife went to go try and find someone. The only stylist working the grooming center was Michelle who was in the store chatting away with one of her friends that came in the store and never acknowledged my wife who was standing there awkwardly while she and this other guy talked. By 12:10 there was a line of us and two others waiting to either drop off or pick up a dog so I went to get someone. I found Michelle still chatting away with the same guy and interrupted to say “you have a line”. She finally came to check in my dog. When she did she asked how short I wanted my dog cut. I asked what did we do last time and she said their system doesn’t keep that information and blamed me for having several different profiles for my dog in the system. I told her in my mobile app I only had the 1 profile for my dog Murphy so I don’t know why there were so many others. Where she continued to blame me for why her system was confusing? Not sure how that was my problem, but whatever.
