Our company was founded in 1994 by Cameron and Jeri Breckman. Shortly after the company was started, Jay Breckman (their first son) joined the business. Jay was asked to take charge of the operation and help grow LCL Spas & Billiards into a successful company to be proud of. The main goal of the company has always been to offer top quality products and services to our customers, while having some fun along the way. It was not long before Trevor and Eric Breckman were asked to join the operation (son's 2 & 3). Trevor and Eric brought fresh energy and ideas to the company, as well as their individual skill sets. The three brothers and a host of loyal, hard working staff have helped grow LCL Spas & Billiards over the past 15 years, into the award winning company it is today. We bought a hot tub from Lcl 10 years ago. From the moment we first walked into the store we were treated professionally. We have been dealing with them ever since and have sent our friends there. They are always friendly and helpful.

The staff are really helpful in understanding the upkeep of the hot tub. Plus the product line of chemicals they use are excellent quality. Never had a problem using them and their print out for step by step instructions on water care is excellent. One litte note is that they sell a filter for the intake basket of the hot tub, and this dramatically increases the main filter's life/duration.

Great customer service! Not pushy salespeople. We purchased 5 years ago and even had to have warranty work done on the hot tub. Very satisfied with the company!

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at LCL spas! They are all knowledgable and friendly. Any issues that we have had were dealt with quickly. Any time I have a question, I know that I can drop by or call and they will take the time to talk to me and make sure that everything is dealt with. I have recommended LCL to all my friends!

These guys have always been there when I needed them. Their service is top notch, they are very helpful, and honor their warranties. The staff is very friendly and get to know you on a first name basis. I can't say enough about these guys!
