Excellent before sales service but extremely poor after sales service in our experience. Fails to answer and return calls. Our stereo was taken away for repair in April 2008 and has not been returned by April 2009 and now the pump is making strange noises.

You're problem is with COAST MOUNTAIN SPAS in ENGLAND. Not the company you are referring to located in London Ontario CANADA! The Company in London Ontario CANADA has not sold COAST MOUNTAIN SPAS since the manufacture went bankrupt here in B.C. CANADA in 2005 and left the country to set up in ENGLAND!
