I think this is a great product and for that reason it gets a two star. The local dealer is terrible. I had to go to the manufacturer to get him to respond. The is was half hearted and not interested.
A good dealer and this would be a five star product. One can hope Softub steps in and Corrects this

I was looking to purchase a hot tub in Ottawa for my cottage up north. I was very pleased to find Barry the owner of Ottawa softub. He provide me with great services and even delivered my hot tub to the cottage which is an hour away in Quebec. I am writing this review to say thanks Barry for your help and services. I would recommend his hot tubs to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub for there home or cottage
