Each rug is carefully picked up and transported to our 2,000-square-foot cleaning facility for inspection. Here, our IICRC-certified technicians identify the fibers and design a custom restoration plan. Once you approve the plan, our technicians dust the rug before moving into the specialized cleaning process. Once dry, rugs are rolled and stored in our climate-controlled facility until delivery.
