During this evaluation, the team will evaluate your range of motion and document a personalized plan of care unique to your situation - not some cookie cutter approach you may get at other physical therapy clinics. After that, each 45 minute follow up session allows our collaborative team give you the undivided attention you deserve to execute on your personalized plan. We will test and adjust as we progress together with your care. We believe in the client centered care model where you are at the center of everything we do. Once you step into our doors, you will know that we are different. We are not your traditional physical therapy clinic and our approach to treatment isn’t traditional.
