Thoughtful and friendly service. They came to my house quick, no charge for the estimate, and were able to start the job when the other guys still wouldn't have been able to come for their estimates. The price was flexible which absolutely helped me, and when they needed to dig, they tried to spare whatever plants that could be spared. Of course some were lost or damaged but that's not at all their fault, I expected it with the type of work needed. He also walked me through the set up of the pump so I'd know what to do if the power went out. I would definitely call this service again when available. Thanks :)

Don't waste your time - they won't show up and their prices are inflated. They didn't show up to 3 appointments where they insisted they would arrive first thing in the morning. The worst part is that there is no communication that they are running late/need to reschedule. I sat around all day 3x and I wouldn't get a message until after 4pm that they can't make it because "they are still working on another job". When I finally cancelled and told them not to bother coming the technician responded almost immediately saying he was just about to arrive and tried to convince me that it is reasonable that he didn't show-up on time because he was busy (even though no one would answer my voicemails/texts throughout the day to inform me). This went on for 3 weeks...

I finally went to Fair Appliance Repair Ottawa to install my dishwasher instead. They arrived the next morning and charged me nearly 1/2 the price that CP & Son wanted for the same job. I didn't go to them originally because I'm in Chelsea, Quebec and didn't think they would cross provinces but they did and I only wish I tried them first.

Said they would be at the house first thing in the morning and didn't show up until after 12. Barely looked at the plumbing and did not do what was asked of them (Snake the lines). left after 15 minutes and said the septic tank was frozen (it wasn't) Charged $350 for the visit. After being called out about it, offered to come back next day without service charge and do the work.
Next day, said they would be there at 7:30am. Didn't show up until 9. Actually did the work requested this time, it was a gross and dirty job so props for sticking it out. Price was way higher than competitors. You can find better people for less.

Not impressive! Called to book an appointment to get an estimate. The gentleman who answered was busy at that time and said he’d call me back in a few minutes. Needless to say I never received a call. I was already skepticle going with this company after reading the reviews. I thought to myself maybe they were juste having an off day so I took a chance and called. So for the next person who will read the reviews, keep in mind that this is their service pre sale. The post sale service must be just overwhelming. That’s customer service for ya!
