Gates Enterprises was super professional. They were easy to work with and met all deadlines. Zeke assisted me here and was super responsive and also respected time when I needed it. This was a door to door sell but it was so much more easier/organized/efficient than previous door to door jobs we accepted. I had full roof/gutter install after hail damage. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement.

Top notch experience! I'm so grateful we chose Gates Enterprises for our roof replacement. Brandon provided excellent service from start to finish. He was friendly; transparent; patient with explaining all the details, and very responsive and proactive with communication. He coordinated everything with the insurance company so that part was hassle free, what a relief! His knowledge of the insurance claims process certainly saved us time, money ,and stress. When we decided to add on gutter replacement and trim painting, he coordinated with those trades to make it all happen in a short time period. Thank you Brandon for such a positive experience!

Great customer service and great installation. In addition to simply doing good roofing work, here are three things I really appreciated:

1. Very helpful through the claim filling, inspection, and insurance payment process
2. Provided large samples of multiple shingle colors
3. Provided a No Soliciting sign for our front door (in addition to a yard sign) to help reduce the DOZENS of contractors knocking on our door after a major hail storm

I have already referred Brian and the team at Gates to my neighbors, who are also getting a new roof later this week!

Prompt and transparent with entire roof replaced within a week of initial inspection. Very helpful handling insurance processing as well. Project ran smooth and was complete per the initial estimate in terms of time and cost. Dillon our project manager did a great job.

Very happy with Gates! Joseph Egly helped us through the insurance process and eased a lot of the stress of dealing with insurance companies. He excelled at communicating every step of the process and was on site when there was work being done on the house. I was able to get not just a roof done but also some fascia and gutters repaired. The crew was super nice and accommodating. I have three dogs and they allowed me to let them go outside to the bathroom and once the dogs were back inside they went right back to work. They cleaned everything up really nicely, you couldn’t even tell that they had been there once they left. I was really nervous how it would turn out because our roof wasn’t in the best shape and it looks flawless. If I need roof work done again in the future I am definitely going through Gates and Joseph Egly again as well as recommending them to friends and family!
