Terrible and rude service, you are better off taking your cloths to the creek and beating them against a rock before you trust this outfit to clean your clothing.

The staff needs to discover what customer service means, maybe spend the afternoon at a Chick Fil an and discover how you should treat guests.

You have an amazing employee named Stephanie. She recognized my name today and said I hod not picked up my husband's shirts for years. He had dropped them off in 2021 and did not tell me. He has been ill for years. What an amazing memory and great employee. Mary P.

Alexis, a sweet brunette woman was so adorable and always happy to see me! I've been there several times with my father's shirts.
However, When I arrived with q sheepskin to a different employee yelled at me saying "we don't take no rugs!" . I tried to explain to her that they don't have an accurate number on their website. She just waved me away.

Absolute disaster. Attached are pics of the shirts on the rack at the store as I got them. They offered to “re do” them. Not a chance. John insisted I pay for them. Please-please see the two pics
