I'm a frequent traveller with business and had a meeting in Spruce Grove. I booked the room via phone and asked all the pertinent questions. However, upon arrival, the attitude was completely different. I was treated without any respect and was eventually left stranded without accomodation. I was shocked and surprised at the complete inability to compromise when I was presented with the answer to my problem, which was apparantly caused by a "former" employee. After a 4hr drive and less than an hour til my meeting I was left without any place to stay. I will never recommend this place and I'm having it taken off my business' accomodation list.
DON'T STAY THERE.
