I'd suggest not going in here as a black woman. I walked in and was greeted by absolutely no one, only to watch several white women walk in after me to be met with a "welcome in". Their "sale" was so misleading that my total was nearly $10 dollars more than I had anticipated. Then the workers had the nerve to act as if the signage wasn't confusing, pointing me to the fine print (some of the smallest text I've seen ever on a sign sale) to justify the confusion. I went ahead and asked for a refund due to this and it's like the little girl working behind the counter found it funny that I was being frugal.

I had so much fun shopping at Francesca’s today all because of Sasha! I was super torn on getting a dress and Sasha showed me how she styled it and even gave me tips on how to style it myself! She was also super kind and friendly the entire transaction, definitely the best interaction I’ve had today :) Thank you so much, Sasha! Francesca has the cutest dresses and the nicest employees hands down !!

They have such a cute variety of dresses. Absolutely my favorite place to shop. Also, Sasha was the sweetest and made our shopping experience so much more enjoyable!!

I always love coming to this Francesca’s location! And today one of the associates, Sasha, was welcoming and kind to me when I came in today. She asked if I needed any help and answered all my questions with a smile. I am definitely coming back again!

Fun store with cute clothes, jewelry, and nick nacks / gifts. Items are generally expensive but sometimes you can find a good deal when an item is on sale.
