I received a top for Christmas I already had. When I called and asked if I could exchange it or get in store credit she said the most they could give me was $7. And I would have to buy something else and pay the difference. They wouldn’t even let me exchange it for the same top just a different color or size. I’ve never had this happen before at any store I shopped at. The top was $30. On sale and was never $7. It’s a shame I like their clothes but prob won’t continue to shop there after this.

Workers are rude right when you walk in and discriminate people of color. Wanted to look at jewelry and got mean stares from the blonde woman working this morning. Immediately left. The only good francesca's left in the area is in the Third Ward. Mayfair francesca's is going down hill.

Went inside again today and felt racially profiled because as soon as I went inside two security guards came in. And as soon as I left the security left. Please do not go in this store and spend your money

First time shopping here with my friend, my overall thought: meh. Right when we walked in we got a very monotone "hello". Then some young thin girls walked in and the workers went right up to them to greet them and gave them way better service then they gave my friend and I. Clothes were kinda cute. Can't tell what demographic this store is going for because there's pink girly skirts but also ugly blouses as well. I wanted to buy one clearance item and the worker tried to get my phone number and email even when I kept refusing and she said I needed to give her that info if I wanted to buy something. I complained and asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. Not good customer service and high prices for somewhat ugly clothes.

I had some jewelry that I was gifted but wanted to return. I was told that I had to have the receipt, gift receipt, or phone number of the person who bought it. I had none of those. According to Francesca’s website if you don’t have the receipt you can get merchandise credit, nothing about a phone number. So I went to Francesca’s in Brookfield and they were able to do the return. Avoid Francesca’s at Mayfair mall if you need to return anything.

I love Francesca. They sometimes have unique , inexpensive pieces that you can't find at other places. For example, I purchased a unique jacket ( green, camouflage jacket with pink embroidered roses on the pocket and sleeves), which I got so many compliments from women and men. They have a variety different types colorful jewelry, clothes, shoes purses hats, etc. Their merchandise is inexpensive and they have good sales which makes it even better.
