Absolutely horrible. I called three times to try to see if they’re open until nine or if they’re open until eight and no freaking answer instead they hang up the phone fire. These people that don’t care about your business cause they give your business a bad reputation.

This is the third time the Jamba in yorktown has done this. It is 7 39 pm and they close at 9. They often put this sign up and don't come out even after 15 min. Last time when I asked them to make a juice, they said they washed the juicer 30 min before closing and refused to make the juice. Another time I was told they don't make juice AN HOUR before closing!

Asked for banana smoothie and the girl behind the counter said okay. Ended up receiving a strawberry smoothie for $10, when I had asked if this was banana smoothie, she argued saying it’s inside there but there is actually no banana.
