I am delighted by the quality of work. I recently visited with a pair of black oxfords that were in a state of disrepair. The shoes were turned round within a day and were good as new! Excellent craftsmanship and service.

I had such a great experience with Segundo! I brought in three pairs of shoes to have rubber soles added, and he did an incredible job. He also added a leather heel grip to one of the pairs and, completely unexpectedly, cleaned and refreshed all three pairs so beautifully. They honestly look better than I expected them to.
I’ll definitely be bringing another pair of boots in next week and will be using him for all of my shoe repairs going forward. Highly recommend Segundo!

I came across Segundo’s Shoe Repair because I was determined to salvage a pair of vintage heels I sourced from Brazil. The shop is conveniently located near my office in Midtown, and the service was exceptional. Segundo did an incredible job restoring these beautiful heels and completed the work in less than a week. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend this shop. He has definitely gained a loyal customer!

I work right around the corner from this shop and ran there on an early Monday morning when I realized my lunch had spilled all over my loafers, leaving a nice dark stain. Initially we were unsure if the stain could be removed and they asked to give them several days to see if they could get it out. Only a day later I received a text that the shoes were ready and the stain had been completely removed. Great service and very fair prices. I appreciated the transparency and would recommended this shop to everyone!!
