Worth the drive from Grand Rapids. After being ghosted three times over the course of two months by their Wayland location, got the trailer I wanted and an example of how customer service should operate. Thank you!!!!!

USA Trailer of Ionia was by far the most responsive. Cody was awesome to deal with and I was in and out of there in 10 minutes with a new trailer. I will definitely be back

I was tired of the Facebook market place bull.... when looking for a trailer. I called USA Trailer in Ionia and Wayne was very helpful. He had exactly what I wanted in a trailer. The transaction was easy and quick. Very happy with the price as well. If you are fed up in your search for one, give Wayne a call. Being Veteran owned really helped sealed the deal too. 😀

Large selection. Fast service. From first phone call to signing finance papers online, 45 minutes. Delivery paperwork and and ons, 45 minutes. Very happy with the whole process. BYW... Not sure if a 6X10 Enclosed is a new size with a ramp door and side cargo door, but USA is the only place that had one in stock! Thank you USA!

Hubby went to purchase a new trailer. The store was easy to get to, even with road construction.
It was easy to see from the road. The sale was made quickly. The associate came out and ran thru a quick safety check to ensure brakes and blinkers worked.
The trailer is sturdy and will built and we paid a very fair price for it!
