Miss Rosalind Smith was an exceptional primary care physician I am very happy with my appointment with her this afternoon so thankful I found her. Her staff was very friendly she is a Godsend to me.

Rosalind Smith is Awesome. She reads your chart thoroughly so she's aware of your health history. My BP was out of control until I met her and today is was perfect. She's better than my last 2 PCP's.

I had a very pleasant experience during my visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed and was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this office. Rosalind Smith Rocks!

My experience was top tier!! Ms Rosalind Smith at SSM(cross keys) was exceptional. She was attentive, patient, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and that my concerns was important. Such a caring sweet person ❤️ more health care workers like her is much needed.

Roslyn is absolutely the best! However, the receptionist was terrible at the front desk. I can only describe her as the white woman. (Sorry)When speaking about my husband needing to be scheduled at Labcorp for blood work she was very nasty. She asked me was I going to take his blood? I’m like no I will schedule his appointment. She then said what are you talking about in a very nasty tone and I asked her what are you talking about? When I addressed her the way she addressed me, she back peddled and said she didn’t know I could schedule the time for my husband to go to Lapcorp. I was totally offended because the rest of the staff have been absolutely amazing to both my husband and I which is why I referred my hubby as well as other relatives and friends. I’m still giving a 5 star for the rest of the staff, but she needs to adjust her customer service and tone when addressing patients. She needs to be do/be better.
