Roofology did a great job walking me through my roof replacement. Adam did a thorough inspection, pointed out a couple issues I was unaware of in a matter of fact way and educated me on how they would solve them. Scheduling was easy, price was very reasonable, and my roof was in one day. I’m very happy with my experience and highly recommend Roofology to others!

I just had a new roof installed by Roofology of the Carolinas and I have had an excellent experience throughout the entire process. First, the job coordinator / facilitator named Adam is incredible. This guy is precisely what a customer needs for a major job like a new roof. Courteous, responsive, professional and very intelligent. I can’t say enough about him. The owner, Kason is another great guy and was excellent throughout the entire process. They work really well together so you never feel like you are guessing about any part of the install. Kasons work crew knows what they are doing and were very careful with everything. The price was reasonable and the job seemingly ( so far ) was done right the first time. It’s a new roof so it’s too soon to know if any issues develop but I highly doubt it based on my experience with them. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

I have hired Roofology of the Carolinas twice now for some work that needed done on my roof and I am very happy with how things have turned out on both occasions. For this last one, they seamlessly removed an old satellite/antenna and a water deflector, and did a sanity check of my entire roof to make sure it will last as long as possible (it’s an old roof) which resulted in a couple of patches. They have also had a quick turnaround for both asks. I highly recommend working with them.

We had a great experience with Roofology of the Carolinas after a storm left shingles on the ground and we weren’t sure about the condition of our roof. Adam took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and clearly explain our options, which we really appreciated.

He was especially helpful guiding us through the insurance and HOA process, making what could have been stressful feel straightforward and manageable. Thanks to his support, we were able to move quickly and get our roof fully replaced, as well as our gutters.

The entire process was smooth, communication was consistent, and the final result looks wonderful. Most importantly, we now have peace of mind knowing our home is protected. Highly recommend Roofology and Adam to anyone who needs an honest roof assessment.

We became first time homeowners when we purchased a 90 year old home in Nov. 2024. We knew the roof would need to be repaired sooner rather than later, but the storms of spring and summer expedited that plan much faster than we had planned. After getting estimates from several companies, we decided to go with Kason and his team Roofology of the Carolinas. We did a full roof and gutter replacement. With leaks every storm, we were in desperate need of the roof being replaced quickly. It did take some time and several attempts to get ahold of Kason to finalize a plan, but I take partial ownership in that as I am sure my ideal timeline was impractical for something of this scale that requires a lot of planning. I believe Kason runs his business on his own and takes all inquiries himself. We’re grateful for him, his knowledge of material and supplies, as well as his care to do it right the first time. We loved the care taken to limit debris in the yard, as we have two dogs. There is some nail exposure through the ceiling in the attic as well as our sunroom, but not in any of the finished parts of our home so no big deal. Per our neighbors, the house has never looked better. We are confident in our investment and its longevity for years to come.
