Welcoming environment. A friendly manager (Dave Strong) helped me seconds after stepping inside and worked with me as a human being and not just a sale. He connected me with the perfect salesperson, Danielle Fisher. She hasn't been there that many months but she was a natural at helping me feel heard about what I wanted and helping me locate a car within my budget. She was patient and willing to jump up and look on the lot for a car color to show me or ask questions of the manager. She has a background in working in the car repair shop and warranty use (for another car maker) so she could answer my questions and concerns. Super down-to-earth and pleasant.

He knows his vehicles inside and out and took the time to explain every model I was interested in, including all the features, technology, packages, and “bells and whistles.” No question was too small, and he always made sure I understood how everything worked.

What impressed me the most was his commitment after the sale. He told me that no matter which vehicle I chose, he would gladly spend as much time as needed—even an entire day if necessary—walking me through every button, setting, and computer feature until I felt completely comfortable and confident using my new vehicle. That level of customer care is rare.

Ken Garff Honda Downtown is the ONLY dealership I will buy a car from. This is my 3rd personal car buying experience with them, but it is the 10th time someone in my family has purchased from them. The employees are all so great, and they really take the time to meet your needs. Gerardo and Eddie were really great to work with. Gerardo stayed after hours on New Year’s Eve to help me program my car and walk me through all of its smart features. I have never felt pressured or hoodwinked with this dealership. I wish I could give 10 stars!
