Ground Level offers authentic instruction in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Judo. The BJJ and Judo programs offer formal ranking. Ground Level offers authentic instruction with a personalized touch. It is a very beginner friendly gym yet dedicated to staying on the cutting edge of growth & development in the sport.
