I HIGHLY recommend Tri City. I had another company, Superior Plumbing, come out and after 10 min of looking under the sink the plumber estimated a $2000 pipe replacement and charged us $500. I called Tri City and they said there was no way they would charge that amount. The Tri City plumber who came said replacing the pipes was completely unnecessary and explained why. After snaking the pipes and unclogging them everything worked fine and there is no issue. They charged $350 for actually doing the work which was $150 cheaper than the Superior plumber simply spending 10 min looking under the sink and did not require a $2000 replacement. They seem honest and are competent!

A fairly expensive visit with not much resolved. I needed to bring another competitor on site, and had much better results. I wish I could have posted a better result.

I have spoken with Theresa at Tri City. It was super nice that she reached out to me. She offered a full refund, and I am very impressed. This indicates their high integrity rating. I will share this with my family and friends. I am changing my rating to a 5 and will use them again in the future.

Had an emergency plumbing issue at my restaurant and needed assistance right away. Theresa answered the call very late at night (after hours) and tried to fix the issue on the call before dispatching a technician which would be very costly because it was an emergency service. We ended up fixing the issue and she kindly even canceled our appointment without any hesitation. Very trustworthy plumbers who actually care about not only the customer's problem but also their pockets. Very hard to see these days. Thank you so much Theresa!
