I needed after hour service. The lady who took my call was very kind and helpful. Jack was the technician sent to my house and he arrived very quickly. He was extremely nice and personable. He clearly explained the plan and cost to fix my issue. He worked quickly and fixed the problem.

My experience was amazing and Jack was great!

I used TipTop Plumbing for a repair to my rental condo unit.

Pros
- quick response to my inquiry. Was able to book in service within 24 hours (more on that in cons). I had reached out to another two big name companies of which didn't respond before even this job was handled
- professional and knowledgeable service. William was able to fix my plumbing concerns and explain what had happened

Cons
- I called after my appointment time was late and was notified that despite the email confirmation the job wasn't actually booked. They were able to re-route another tech to be there within 30 min of my call. But if I hadn't called it would have been a total no show.
- I knew the pricing was going to be high based on other reviews, but this was a bit higher than I expected. Primarily due to replacing the drain in the kitchen sink and then after securing it the P Trap was leaking so it also had to be replaced. This additional P Trap replacement was $400 despite it being about 10 minutes of work because everything was already taken apart

Definitely goodz professional and knowledgeable service. Quick, but at a price.

Had a hoter water tank leak in the evening, they arrived quick and Reynaldo was awesome. Got my hot water up and running again until he could come back a replace it. Did a great job! Thank you!

Used them once. January 13-2026. I had a leakage on my pb pipe in basement. I did not call for emergency as I was able to shut off the valve. Plumber Richard showed up on time and was pretty polite and friendly. He fixed my leakage in 30-40 minutes. No issues so far. Tip top promised 5 years warranty for this fix.

Tiptop was a lifesaver! Our hot water tank quit working on a Saturday around 9am. We had phoned a different company that was open on weekends, but they were fully booked, and then we were referred to Tiptop Plumbing & Heating. Best referral ever, as Brian was able to squeeze us in to their fully booked schedule within 2 hours of my call. Raymond (technician) was very knowledgeable upon arrival and was so professional. He was able to find the perfect replacement for our tankless water heater and installed it with the help of Brad so efficiently in half the estimated time by Monday morning. Hot water was restored in our home by noon! Thank you to the entire Tiptop crew for coming to our rescue and for restoring comfort for our family just in time for the work week! Will definitely recommend Tiptop to all our friends and relatives.
