Our AC unit wasn't blowing cold air at the start of the hot season. The first company we called said it "seemed" like the compressor which would be a very expensive part to purchase and would involve extensive labour to replace. They recommended replacing the entire AC unit. I asked for a quote for both options and they both came in at +$5k. I decided to call a second company for a second opinion which was Fort Mac HVAC. The technician came and diagnosed a faulty part which he had on hand. Cold air was blowing within 15 minutes of his arrival. The total bill was less than $250.
We received quick and honest service and couldn't be more relieved that we did not get hustled by the other company.

After finishing a night shift, I came home to find my furnace not working. When I called, they explained they were fully booked, but they still made the effort to accommodate me. A technician arrived very quickly and resolved the issue right away.

I truly appreciate the prompt response and the care they showed. The technician was friendly, respectful, and very professional.

They replaced our furnace which just about any company in this line of work would be able to do..but they damaged our new floors in the process.. left a big mess and didnt wear booties while working on the area rug in our basement.

Anthony is very good and professional. I called Sunday at 3:30 pm and he showed up within half an hour fix my furnace. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He quickly fixed the issue. Furnace was fix and also charge is very reasonable.

Excellent service!! I called at 8am and the tech arrived by 8:30. He came in and addressed our concerns and did a service on our furnace. Fixed all issues and a very reasonable price. Contacted Fort Mac HVAC for a central air system which wasn't working properly. I was afraid it was a casualty of a summer heat wave, and I was (fearfully) calling for a quote on a replacement condenser.

Rather than blindly quoting a replacement, Anthony took interest in what was happening. I explained what the unit was doing. He was knowledgeable and said it was likely something his team could fix.

The FM HVAC guys were professional, quick to respond, helpful and thorough in their troubleshooting. They correctly diagnosed the faulty parts and had my AC working again in short order.

Very appreciative for the quality of service these guys provide! Happy to recommend them, and will DEFINITELY be calling them for any future help!
