The blonde hair lady who works at the desk Is EXTREMELY RUDE and has absolutely zero customer service skills. Instead of helping me with kindness I was presented attitude for asking a question about digital ID being used for a piece of identity. When I called and spoke to someone on a 1800 number they informed me it would be valid. Instead I got treated as if I was the problem instead of trying to assist me with what I needed. I will not be coming back. SUMMERSIDE REGISTRY is better.

Extremely unprofessional experience. We arrived at 1:15 for our 1:30 p.m. driving test appointment expecting a normal, respectful experience, but instead we were met with rude and aggressive behavior from Ivan.

He claimed he had been calling for a driving test for 15 minutes and immediately started yelling at us, even though we genuinely never heard our names being called. Instead of calmly asking if we were there for the test, he raised his voice and treated us with disrespect. The driving instructor (I don’t remember her name) also started yelling at us, making the whole situation even more uncomfortable.

What made the experience even worse was that Ivan started complaining about us to other staff members and customers while we were standing there. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional, especially from someone working in customer service.

The entire experience left us feeling embarrassed and disrespected. A little patience and professionalism would have gone a long way. I hope management takes complaints from us and other reviews like this seriously because no one should be treated this way when they’re already nervous about taking a driving test.

To make matters worse, my friend ended up failing the driving test. Throughout the test, the examiner treated him with very little respect, especially considering that he speaks very little English. Her attitude came across as impatient and dismissive, which made us question whether he was given a fair and unbiased evaluation. Regardless of the test result, every applicant deserves to be treated with professionalism, patience, and respect.

I visited this registry office today, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and seemed unwilling to answer even basic questions or provide clear information. Instead of being helpful, they made me feel like I was an inconvenience.
There was one staff member who was especially rude during my visit. I felt that I was treated unfairly and with a lack of respect. Customer service should be professional, patient, and respectful, and sadly that was not my experience today.
I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving the quality of service.

I had a very disappointing experience with the manager at Ellerslie Registry. The manager’s attitude was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Instead of listening and trying to help, they spoke disrespectfully and made the situation unnecessarily stressful.

Customer service should be based on respect, patience, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure everyone is treated with courtesy and fairness.

Had a pretty good experience being here. They do not do Health Services and also do have a $9 service charge for using credit cards for transactions. But other than that, it was a very good experience. The lady that was helping us was very polite and helpful. Got us in and out in a few minutes. Not very busy when we visited, not a sure about other timings. Parking is available outside. Access for disabled clients available.
