Just made a delivery trailer full of tires, two hours to unload. Aside from being told to be there any hour before they even open. Customer does open and start receiving at 0530

Our driver delivered a tire load from Denver, CO with a 10:00 AM appointment, checked in early at 7:45 AM, and didn’t get out until 3:30 PM. Unloading took far longer than expected.

Drivers and dispatchers, beware: If you’re planning to pick up another load the same day, don’t count on it. Plan for a next-day pickup instead. And if you’re delivering here on a Friday, it may be best to turn the load back unless you can afford waiting.

To truck drivers:
Please Don’t waist your time picking up/ dropping off load! They simply don’t care. My appointment was at 9am and I arrived at 07:30am. They gave me dock right away! The problem is unloading\ loading time! Its 3pm noon and they have not done unloading my truck!!! Easily 5 to 6hrs waist of time at their facility in Salt Lake City and in West Branch, IW
