My wife was trying to book a room in Mount Vernon Washington.by mistake she booked the room in Vernon B.C. When we discovered the mistake Super 8 refused to refund our payment for the room. I think their actions are deplorable there was nothing said about reservation was nonrefundable until we went to change/cancel.No where was it stated that reservations were nonrefundable .Its difficult make a reservation for a room at a hotel in Canada when you don't have a passport.After talking to representatives of super 8 about refunding they still refused. that's too bad as we will NEVER BE STAYING AT super 8 Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
