Too many homeowners have lived the horror stories — surprise bills, blown deadlines, contractors who disappear after the deposit. We do the opposite: we tell you the price, we put it in writing, and we stick to it. We're a licensed and insured renovation and general contracting company based in Oshawa, serving Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area since 2017. Owner Mike Brock is a Red Seal cabinetmaker with over 35 years in the trade — on the site, not just on the invoice. What we do: kitchen and bathroom renovations, basement finishing and legal second suites, home additions and garages, full-home renovations, custom cabinetry, commercial fit-ups, and insurance restoration — where we work for the homeowner, never the insurer. Every project comes with written guarantees — our Certainty Stack: a Price Lock Guarantee (the price we quote is the price you pay), a $300/Day On-Time Guarantee, HEPA air filtration, daily cleanup, a real-time client portal, a 5-year workmanship warranty, and an Owner's Manual at closeout. Fully licensed and insured Ontario corporation. Proudly serving Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Bowmanville, Clarington, and the surrounding GTA. We Listen. We Build. We Deliver. Read more
