I'm a neighbour who looks forward to a quiet lounge which I walk to. The last several trips down to my neighbourhood lounge, have been very disappointing. First, their ATM is constantly out of service, and of late their lounge is only open after 5 pm. Last time I planned a vsit, I phoned to make sure the lounge was open and the ATM machine was operational - which was confirmed by the motel desk clerk. Once I made the five minute walk down to the motel, I found the ATM machine out of service. With this type of unreliable service, I have finally decided to never again attempt to visit the Cape Bretoner. I would strongly advice all others to consider other establishments in Sydney - ones who care more about customer service and maintenance of ATM machines.
