I had a clog in my kitchen sink that I wasn’t able to unclog so I called Chris at Baker Plumbing and he was really great to deal with. Chris gave me all the relevant information over the phone, called me to let me know when he was on his way and quickly fixed the issue when he arrived.

I called Baker Plumbing this morning IOT get a pair of leaks in a cold water line fixed. The leaks, combined, were about 12L/hour, so not insignificant, but not really an emergency either. Chris arrived a couple hours later, and within less then an hour he had cut out and replaced the offending pipe.

Chris was very well turned out and professional, and while I didn't have many, he answered all of my questions with ease.

I'm very happy with both the timely arrival, speed and quality of the service provided by Chris and the Baker Plumbing team.

My 2 storey townhouse was repiped from Poly B to Pex by Baker Plumbing. I met the owner Phil several times before and after the work. He is very pleasant and easy to deal with. This is not a simple job nor is it cheap but if you have Poly B in your house you need to get rid of it ! The plumber assigned to the job was Hussein. Honestly, I never saw a trades person work harder or more efficiently than him. The great thing about Hussein is that he is a great listener if you have concerns. I also observed really good problem solving skills when issues arose. I am extremely pleased with the result. If you are considering a repipe make sure you get a quote from Baker.

They came and installed shower grab bars for my 85 year old dad on short notice right around Christmas!

We phoned all over town and nobody could do it, but Island MediQuip referred us to Baker Plumbing. Technician Jason came on time next day, measured the shower, bought the bars for us and installed them the same day. They are very solid and my dad feels safe and confident now. Super friendly and professional too, 10/10 thank you!

Great experience with Baker Plumbing. From the original visit with Phil for a quote, to the multiple days of work with that followed with our bathroom renovation (tub/shower install, install of our new vanity and toilet) and home updating with Cory. Really appreciated Cory’s hard work, fixing some things a previous plumbing company had done. Will definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future.
