My husband and I were down in May to visit family. At first glance this motel looked pleasant and reasonable. First impressions were deceiving. The place is dirty! i don't think the rooms have been cleaned since the end of last season. We stayed two nights and they didn't tidy the room or even bring clean towels. When my husband went and asked for clean towels he had to bring the dirty ones to the office and they gave him one towel for two of us to use.

If you plan to stay here run! There are nicer motels in town at the same rate.

I stayed here in the summer on Friday July 11th, 2008 in room 109. Although my first impression of the place when we arrived wasnt the greatest, the management, the rooms completely surprised me. Whats even more is that their rates were very much the same as other motels in kingston except the bayside motel room quality far superceeded my expectations. Even their waterfront rooms were really well priced. Now thats great value for the money. When i come to kingston next time, bayside motel will be my first and only choice.
