Contacted them on Sunday evening via message requesting a repair for Monday (plumbing issue) and they contacted me first thing Monday morning. They arrived a couple hours later and fixed the issue very quickly. Technician was very friendly and helpful. Overall great service.

Made a call we needed their service and they had an opening the next day The dispatch said drivers would call. He did and was coming 2 hours earlier as their job finished quicker than they expected. The two technicians came, both were very well mannered and looked professional. Worked steady, had whatever tools they needed and cleaned up behind themselves very good. All in all you felt you had a program at work. Problem solved and money well spent.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. Plumbers were courteous and professional. They worked until the job was done, it took longer than they thought and they got here quickly to get it done. They cleaned up before leaving and it cost me a bit less than I estimated it would and that almost never happens these days. 5 stars is an understatement.

I woke up at 3:30 am on Saturday to find my toilet leaking and called Reliance Emergency line and they had me on hold for nearly 30 minutes and told me they could have someone out on Tuesday. I was not impressed and called Roto Rooter who answered the phone within the minute and said they could see me that same day between 12 and two. In the meantime the leak got worse and I had to shut the water off. They called me at around 10 and said they were on their way. They were very friendly, professional and quick. I truly appreciated the service and would recommend them to anyone.

They were very fast at making the same day appointment. And even tho they were behind schedule, I received another phone call to keep me informed. When they got to my place they were very kind, thorough, and explained everything they were doing. No guess work on what might happen. Their follow up maintenance program sounds amazing. And you will also get a video showing you what was done for your personal issue. So glad I called these guys. Mark and Kaylum were amazing!!!
