The staff was the rudest I have ever encountered and I worked the Marriot Hotels for 6 years. Im familiar with the hospitality industry, they we the farthest thing from hospitable I have ever dealt with, their overall attitude was unwelcoming, they were and hour late setting up breakfast and did not apologize for it. There was a miscommunication about my credit card and the hostess rolled her eyes at me this is the LAST THING YOU SHOULD EVER DO TO A CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!
