Daniel Roofing Inc. I recommend them without hesitation. They replaced all the shingles on our house and we are extremely satisfied. They started Monday at 7:00 a.m. and by 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, everything was finished. Before leaving, everything was spotless. They cleaned the gutters and the yard, picking up everything that had fallen, even the smallest pieces of plastic, and they even went around the yard with a large magnet to collect all the fallen nails.

A fantastic team, super friendly and helpful. And price-wise, we got several quotes and they were competitive. Truly professional work!
So yes...I highly recommend them! 🙂🙂

The work was done two years ago. I apologize for not giving this notice sooner.

In short, the list of mistakes is long. I hired them to install a steel shingle roof on my duplex. The work started around July 1st. They stopped without finishing because they didn't have all the materials...
One to two weeks later, they resumed, but stopped again because... they didn't have all the materials. The roof has a skylight. My tenants contacted me to say water was leaking from the ceiling. The floor is hardwood...

The next day, I contacted the company. They came and tested everything to see where the leak was. It was difficult to simulate the effect of rain, and it was no use. Nothing was leaking. They left, telling me they would finish around the skylight in two to three days. In the end, they didn't do it... And it was the construction holidays... For almost three weeks, every time it rained, it would flood the apartment. My tenant had to empty buckets of water every time...

Once the holidays were over, they came... to continue the work, because they couldn't finish, not having all the necessary materials yet again... At least it wasn't flooding the apartment anymore.

On top of that, the gutters were full of screws and pieces of cut sheet metal, and almost six months after the work was completed, I was still finding pieces of sheet metal on the property. Despite being told they would clean it up.

They disconnected an old antenna without ever removing it... I had to do it myself.

They also made cuts where rust quickly took hold, and in some places, my shingles were badly scratched.

And they have the nerve to say: Perfect, the job is finished, please pay us without any compensation from us. I tell them about the problems and they tell me: no construction site is ever without flaws...

In short, I should have sued them. At the very least, I strongly advise anyone against doing business with them.
