Such generalizations are not true of Christ Covenant Church. On two different occasions, we sponsored Wycliffe Bible Translators and their aviation wing JAARS (Jungle Aviation and Radio Services) at the Midland Barstow Airport to inform the public about the ongoing work of Bible translation. People were able to fly in the same aircraft (fixed wing and helicopter) used to transport linguists and translators into remote regions. We hope to host JAARS again in the near future. Read more
