the only thing good is the cafe in the hotel the rest of the hotel might as well not even be there, the staff is rude and always chatting amongst themselves, managers are always "busy" or not even on property, rooms are messy and have soiled sheets, both staff and managers dont care whether you stay or go. dont waste any money on this sad excuse of a hotel.

this hotel has really bad customer service, not to mention the hotel staff including some managers give you the stare down as you walked by. am not planning on going back.

This hotel seems like a cute little hotel located in the heart of mississauga, excellent location. Bad parking garage, bad customer service, bad food, you get stared down by reception, house keeping takes really long and sometimes doesnt even show up. really poor service and treatment especially since this hotel is under the well known and reputed novotel and sofitel brand.
